For buyers located outside of England, full payment is required in advance. This ensures we can promptly process your order and prepare it for international shipping.
International Customers

- Valid invoice of payment must be provided
- Required by UK Customs Police for verification
Additionally, international buyers must provide a valid invoice of payment. This is a mandatory requirement by UK Customs Police to verify the transaction for customs clearance. Without a proper invoice, shipments may be delayed, held, or even refused by customs authorities.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the provided invoice is clear, accurate, and includes all necessary details, including the purchase amount, buyer's name, and order reference.
