LIMITED WARRANTY AND WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

R and R Performance warrants to the Original Purchaser that each new product will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used under normal and appropriate conditions. This Limited Warranty covers a period ranging from 3 months to 1 year from the date of purchase, depending on the specific product. This warranty duration reflects R and R Performance's dedication to quality and customer satisfaction within the respective warranty timelines. For the exact warranty period applicable to your product, please refer to the product documentation or contact R and R Performance customer service.

Please note the following:

  • Warranty applies to purchases made on the R and R Performance website (randrperformance.net).
  • Only the original purchaser is eligible for warranty coverage.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided for any warranty claim.
  • Approved warranty returns should be sent to R and R Performance within 7 days; contact us for possible extensions.

Exceptions to the Warranty

For clarity and without limiting the scope, the following conditions do not constitute defects in material or workmanship:

  • Normal wear and tear or required maintenance that occurs during regular use.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, storage, mounting, installation, lubrication, or failure to perform necessary maintenance.
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications or alterations, accidents, acts of nature, or external forces.
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to nicks, bruises, and discoloration that do not impact the product's functionality.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT. IT IS OFFERED EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE DISCLAIMED.

In jurisdictions where the disclaimer of implied warranties is not permitted, such implied warranties are limited to the specific product warranty period.

LIMITED REMEDIES

If the product exhibits a defect in materials or workmanship within the Limited Warranty Period, R and R Performance will provide a replacement for the product. R and R Performance will cover the cost of parts for the replacement at no charge to the customer. However, the customer is responsible for any labor costs associated with the removal and installation of the product. Additionally, the customer must bear and prepay all shipping or transportation expenses related to the warranty service, including returning the product to R and R Performance. The risk of loss or damage to the product during transit remains with the customer until the product is received by R and R Performance. Subject to applicable law, these remedies are exclusive and constitute the customer's sole recourse in the event of a defect.

INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, R-KAY PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. THIS EXCLUSION ALSO APPLIES TO BREACHES OF WARRANTY, BOTH EXPRESS AND IMPLIED. R-KAY PERFORMANCE'S LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PRODUCT'S PURCHASE PRICE, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF ANY CLAIM.
